When I went to Mercado 28 a couple of months ago, there was this guy following me around for 10 minutes trying to get me to buy drugs from him. Right in front of my pre teen daughter. 😮 I also couldn’t go 2 seconds without someone stopping me to try to get me to come into their shop. I don’t really mind it because I would just say no gracias or ignore them.

I think for some people it might be overwhelming. Especially if they’ve never been to a foreign bazaar or flea market. 😅

Did you all have to tell the bus driver what hotel to stop at when you got on? Last time I went, I rented a car the whole time but this time I’m thinking about taking the bus instead. I want to explore more of downtown. Also, P.S. I heard from the locals that Parque Las Palapas really comes alive after 6PM on the weekends. That’s the best time to go 😊
