Hissing sound from in or around PC - SOLVED

What was your solution? I know it is the electromagnetic interference from the desktop that creates the hissing but I am not sure how to fix it if a sound card isn't the solution.

onboard aduio is never a good option. nor is pcie soundcards.... usb soundcards are the best way to go :)
