Dont know anything about custom harvesting but have watched enough videos that the elevators are pretty much set at 13.5

Excuse my ignorance, but can't they dry the wheat like they do corn?

They rather get wheat in at 14.5 or less instead of sprouted wheat.

How many acres do you harvest with one combine per season?

It’s great when the elevator works with you. Some years it’s impossible to get wheat below 14 percent. Keep up the good work my friend. It’s amazing how farming is different in Europe and Greece. In Russia you can travel 6 to 8 hrs and it’s the same wheat field

They can get the moisture down 1/4 to 1/2 percent just moving it around from bin to bin in the elevator. It's kind'a like stirring your bowl of soup to cool it down.

We just got back to harvesting our wheat after the rains we got last week in West Tx. Another day or 2 and we'll be done with wheat for the year.
