ОтветитьI get it, but doing 15-20 minutes on the bike FIRST is the only thing that consistently gets me to actually go through a routine and work out. I've never been able to just walk in and start lifting even if I stretched, drank water, got pre workout and sun or any combination of them. I like the way the light cardio makes me feel and I get oxygen to my body before I go through the routine. What would you guys suggest I do to remedy this?

ОтветитьI walk 35min to the gym, hit a leg day and then walked back a longer route for 50min. Walking is so low fatigue it is doable before and after
