so basically the GC is over already after no mountain stages?
ОтветитьFalse Flat Bingo! Great resume of the coverage.
ОтветитьFalse flats with a head wind is probably the most mentally tough part for me you push hard it looks about flat but your only going a percentage of what you would on a actual flat at least when you go up a hill you know your going to slow down
ОтветитьPogacar team mates for tour in my opinion , Adam Yates, Marc soler, Rafal Majka, Juan Ayuso, Damien Novak, Matteo Trentin , mikkel Bjerg, tim wellens
ОтветитьSo happy for Mikkel Bjerg. well deserved.
ОтветитьAdam Yates has got to absolutely go ham in the mountains & win this one weeker. J.V yet to find top form.
ОтветитьWhat's so bad about the Bahrain setup? I think Haig looked excellent, very aero.
Ответить“ my manager txt me … go for it“ 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ freaking puppets no personalities left
ОтветитьToday UAE riders did very well, I think that this year Pogacar will have a stronger team than Jonas, especially if you consider that UAE will have Adam Yates as a second GC contender and Roglic probably won't come to the Tour.
Nevertheless that's all the better for Jonas, because if he wins again people will do away with the leitmotiv of "he won in 2022 only thanks to a better team"💪🏼
stage 43 ;) only OGs will know
ОтветитьJonas - crushes his competitors
ОтветитьStop pacing like a pig for Poggi in races, you will win more of those.
ОтветитьWhat shock. Very good performance, Bjerg is no contender in GC.
ОтветитьThe 'Bahrain setup' came 4th, it's not really an excuse unless you expect Fred Wright to be winning TTs
ОтветитьAlways nice to see someone grab a first pro win, must be a big monkey off his back. Chapeu!
ОтветитьNot sure if anyone else has noticed this, but even though EF has a fast TT setup Carapaz looks slow on it. It's just not set up right for him. The Tempor helmet is fastest when you tuck you head and shrug the shoulders, but Carapaz just looked like he couldn't hold the right position. Maybe they have him set up too aggressive and he can't hold the position over a long TT?
ОтветитьWhat’s the new rules about tall riders?
Ответитьawsome ride by Bjerg
ОтветитьWhat did you mean when you said battling against the Bahrain set up? Merida TT no good?
ОтветитьLove the three ses in grossschartner lol
ОтветитьI was actually thinking of Lanterne Rouge when Mikkel Bjerg looked to take the win. You and Benji have often talked about Bjerg in recent years, although he never made it to the podiums - before stage 4 at Dauphiné in 2023.
ОтветитьVery pleased to see Bjerg win! Happy to see Cavagna on the podium. Some surprises.
Thanks, LR.
What an TT from Ben O‘Connor!
Ответитьi think jonas can make it in stage 6-8 its a mountain stage..
Ответитьspecialized helmet look so uncool!
ОтветитьWhy do you continue to give away the result in your you tube titles? It makes no sense to me. Otherwise, awesome content.
ОтветитьJust when you thought that no one could have an uglier aero helmet than EF - along comes Uno-X.
Ответитьthe draft off the team car and rider in the last few hundred meters was critical, he gained like 20 seconds on Jonas in that section
ОтветитьIn this heat you need good thermoregulation. That first little kicker can set you up for a ton of pain.
ОтветитьTry saying Chao Pezcao!! is how Egan B. would say it!
ОтветитьThe day when you are surprised that a 58 kg mountain specialist “only” takes 2nd place on a relatively flat and long TT behind a TT specialist is the day you know the other GC riders in the grand tours have a problem.
ОтветитьIt was an uphill false flat for the last few kilometres but it gradually ramped up at the end. The coverage showed some live speeds of riders in the 25-28km/h range, so it must have been a bit steepish near the end.
ОтветитьGreat format with interview at the end 🎉
ОтветитьHe came second, I thought he had died 🤬
ОтветитьLadies be envious of Bjerg’s wife. He can hammer things TT pace.
ОтветитьConsidering how you pronounce "Bjerg", you should just call him Mikkel ;)
ОтветитьBenal is SO skinny!
ОтветитьCongratulations Bjerg 🇩🇰 og Vingegård 🇩🇰
ОтветитьUAE´s team really strong !
go, go, go Felix G.
Landa too....no good hahaha
ОтветитьJonas had a noticeably worse position than other riders. Set up too long and too low - looked uncomfortable and was moving his head a lot. Hands weren’t hiding his face like others. Probably some free speed to be had there.
ОтветитьI didn’t noticed Mikkel since Stage 17 or 19 of the TdF. Since then he is my absolute Hero. He is a climbing Monster and he really can push and go to the limit and above it. Crazy guy. I was super happy to see him winning.
ОтветитьNot a shock upset at all. Mikkel is 3x u23 time trial world champion. Poor journalism…
Ответитьthis wasnt really an upset. it wasnt that hilly, lots of downhill, would not say it favored jonas
ОтветитьThanks!
Ответитьcongrats to winner. the speeds in TTs boggle my mind (i did TTs as a junior in the 1970)... we were a WORLD behind these men
ОтветитьIt was just a matter of time before Bjerg showed his TT talents on the biggest stages. He was U23 TT world champion in 2017, 2018 and 2019 after all.
Ответить
