ОтветитьThanks a lot..a great video.
Ответитьoh man... Thanks... great help for my understanding...
ОтветитьGreat video! I was struggling to get my head around call handlers. Our CCVP has left who did a lot of these. I'm CCNA Voice so I'm great at admin but setting up sometimes gets me scratching! Thanks again.
ОтветитьGreat Stuff my brother.. thank you very much. This was helpful
ОтветитьBeen struggling to figure out where I messed up in setting up my call handler. This video helped me get things working. Thanks.
ОтветитьThank you !!!!
ОтветитьShort, Simple and sweet... Good video Bro...
ОтветитьHi Geeks, I needed your urgent help. I needed calls on board line (reception number) to play some greeting after biz hours, perpendicularly saying that we are closed now..bla...bla..
I have created a CTI route to forward the calls to unity on CUCM. On unity I have system handler with appropriate schedule. during biz hours call route backs to CUCM on different extn which would be answered. Off hours it should play greeting. I am not sure where its is going wrong irrespective of time, unity playing "sorry, off biz hour is unavailable now " and call drops then. Please advise.
Hello,
Thank you for this great video. One question, when you link this CTI route piint to an existing Voicemail profile, what extension/pilot does that Voicemail profile have? does it have 5555? Because you have AA extension 5555 and then the Vmail to play would that pilot also be 5555? I have voicemail currently working and able to leave a voice message for the enterprise user (which is registered to the CUCM) and then I can also retrieve the VM from a pstn phone by dialing the vmail pilot number. Is AA in cisco unity the same as dialing into the pilot and going through the menu? I also tried to create a separate Vmail profile (which is not set as default) for this AA and its own partition, CSS, hunt pilot, etc. but when i call this number, I get a 404. I have a test case of Vmail deposition and retrieval which I can run and then another test case of setting CPE phone to AA and call from PSTN to AA and browse through the menu and connect to an extension echange RTP/DTMF. Thanks for the help!
Anyone can share thoughts on my comments/questions below? looking to get it working, currently I am using the default Voicemail pilot number to call CUC from the PSTN trunk. The number that is assigned in system call handler setup is not working properly although I have tied it to its own voicemail profile, pilot number, phone system, etc.
ОтветитьGood stuff man! I setup this up recently and didn't realize you had a nice video to explain what to do. It was me doing a little reading :). Great Video again!
ОтветитьYou're very clear when you describe things. Thank you for posting. BTW, I think you'd like Tixati over Vuze... no ads and it's free.
ОтветитьHi, using this IVR can you add a prompt to save a message? For example "Press 3 to record a message" and that message would be stored as voicemail. Is this possible?
ОтветитьThis is exactly what I was looking for! You saved me a bunch of reading, Thanks!
ОтветитьThank you, sir, you just saved me a ton of headache. We're between VOIP engineers right now, and I had to set this up myself. Really appreciate it!
ОтветитьDoes anyone know how to get the system to respond with a search for an extension by name FIRST or LAST option, so that the incoming caller can be directed to other Voicemail if they know the persons name and can key in a few letters?
ОтветитьThanks man... Def helpful...
ОтветитьRight to the point. Thanks sir.
Ответитьgreat
ОтветитьGreat video.
ОтветитьYou don't understand the love I have for you right now.
Ответитьamazing bro
ОтветитьThanks for the video! Is there possibility to make something like this on CUC "Hello, if you know extension number, please dial, otherwise wait for operator?" and how? Thanks in advance.
ОтветитьDo you have a video that would show how to properly route a call from outside of our network to a specific extension?
When a call from outside of our office called extension xxx-xxx-1234, the call is being routed to our receptionist on extension "1111."
I need to have this changed so that when someone calls on their cellphone to xxx-xxx-1234, it actually rings the desk phones associated with extension "1234" and not "1111."
Any advice would be appreciated.
nice demo
ОтветитьI can only repeat Rama and Reg P ...and add that this was awesome ! ... thanks sooooo much
ОтветитьWhen I click on the "Play/Record" button, I get a popup reporting "initMMApplet: InitMMAppleInstance Failed to get instance" with OK as the only option. What do you think would remedy that?
ОтветитьWhat confirmed it for me (other than the accent) that you’re in the Deep South ( prob SC) is that open 1PM on Sunday for Best Buy. Silly ass blue law is still in effect. Great video otherwise.
ОтветитьThank you very much, your information helped me a lot. Greetings from Mexico.
ОтветитьThanks this worked perfectly.
Is there a way to play the greeting and then have it ring the extension?
Nice teaching
ОтветитьAnyone aware of any options to forward the call right to an extension after the user supplies no input? The only way I know of to do that is to forward to a second call handler, which then rings the extension in question
ОтветитьBhai please slow...
ОтветитьThanks this may resolve my current issue.
ОтветитьVideo was a big help, ur the man.
