Factorio Tutorial - 2. Steam Power

My thoughts on the Power Failure Death Spiral: Burner inserters use far to much fuel and are slow and inefficient. The electric inserters can be kept active long enough with a steam back up bank to install a new power plant or resolve a lack of fuel situation

Thanks for the video. I now realize that my current setup of two pumps, ten boilers, and twenty engines is woefully inefficient and I need to step it up. One thing to note, though: I use electric inserters, but I have the very last it boiler in the line use a burner. This acts as a slight back-up, if for some reason the power grid stops working (say by alien attack), the burned will still work, allowing it to still work until you fix the problem.

Burner or Electric Inserter?
I say Electric Inserters, out of the 120 hours in the past few days, I have not even touched a single burner inserter.
Yes burner inserters can be useful, and save some time, but they become less useful too quickly, to be bothered with.

YOu don't explain how to power the steam system wtf man that's the whole point i'm making this to generate power and you don't explain how to power the system in the first place. this video was 100% useless
