Does it count while the evacuation?
I am swing trading and need a lot of time for good good risk management trades for evaluation.
Can’t I just make one trade to pass the evaluation and then follow the 30% rules?

Hey, i'm currently waiting for my payout to be approved i made sure i was within all the rules but i've had 2 red days since my request so now my total profit is below what was required to be in the clear on the 30% profit rule. Do you know if that will affect my payout or not? Can't find anything about this. I know you can still blow the account while waiting for a payout request, but any losses i have after the payout request window shouldn't be included in the review of the payout right?

I’m more confused. I’m trying to trade and have to keep up with all this stuff. So if I I have a 50k I can never risk more than $750 right? So if I have made $1500 in profit it’s still $750?

And you’re saying only once my balance passes the buffer zone, where it stops trailing than I can risk around $900 for a trade?

I’m trying to keep it simple. So any trade before passing the buffer zone just set a stop loss to $700 or something and anything over the buffer zone of $3000 set it to let’s say $900 right?

So confusing. It says if your profit is BELOW 5000, you must CONTINUE trading. Is that only applies before your first payout ? Let’s say your 8 days total balance is 5000 and You take 2k payout. 3k left. And 30% of that is 900. That 900 will be your max profit within the next 8 trading days. Is that how it works ?

For the first 30% rule mentioned, is the number they're evaluating the profit the account is at once you request payout? Because otherwise if you take a small winner on the first trade you'd just be screwed the entire time.

For example:
First trade is $400 winner.
400 x 0.3 = 120
So now if I take a $200 loss on my next trade, I'll get denied payout in the future? Can't be.

I´m confused, must confess. Let´s say I start a PA with a 50k account. I ask:
1 - What is the max profit I can have on my first trading day?
2 - Let´s say I had $300 in that day. Does that means I can´t have more than $90 of profit in the next day?

Thanks!

I’m feeling really lost right now. I’m on Day 5 of trading.
Here’s my PnL so far:
• Day 1: $848.50
• Day 2: $569
• Day 3: $719
• Day 4: $784.50
• Day 5: $859.50

That’s a total profit of $3,417.

I’m not sure what to do anymore—should I keep trading? Or should I stick to trades with profits under $1,025 like you suggested in the math example? I really don’t want to lose this money. I need it. Please help me figure out the best move. Thank you!

Newbie question: Does the “8 days” have to be 8 consecutive days? Or, can you skip a couple days without trading? For example, if you were to trade on Monday and Tuesday, but then not trade on Wednesday and Thursday.. then resume trading on Friday.

-This VIDEO if for a PA account
-I have to make $5000 ($55,000)
Because one of my trading days was about $1500.
-WHAT WOULD BE MY PAYOUT REQUEST ONCE I REACH $5000?

It's such a bad rule and they won't even allow you to "game" it. You could easily start out with a home run trade using high contract size to make 10k, then revert back to low contract size and make less than 3k. But they would flag you as gambling or inconsistent even though you trade the same strategy or setup but happened to use different sizes.

What happens if it goes over $750 quickly and then reverses back above it? Will your payout get rejected if it goes over that amount for a quick minute on a particular period

If i have 1500 profit so i need 5000 to be eligible for payout ? and let say if i have 750 dollars on first day , then next day i have to make 30% of 750 or i can make 750 again To be under 30% consistency rule . Answer will be really helpful and appreciated.

so if you make 5 days 1000 per day. 5000. remaining 3 days make 300 per day. so total 6000. you can withdraw 1500.

Is this in 30% rules

What happens if i by mistake violated 30% negative pnl rule ( Unfortunatelly instead of closing position I added one more contract, but closed it immediatelly as i did not wait for it to reverse), and on 150 PA account instead of -1500 I had minus of -1635$, but it happened once, does this mean that My account will not be eligible for a payout ( considering the fact that i did not receive any warning)?

Sorry, I'm really lost on just one thing and an explanation would be amazing. I do understand that to stay within the rules, you have to be making 30% of your total profit, but when does that 30% reset? So for example you have reached the safety net of a 50k account and made $2500. SO we are now at $52,500. So its $750 max loss on 1 trade and a max profit per day of $750.

Lets say I add $500 to that on day 1 and my total is now $53,000. On day 2 is my new 30% max profit $900? Being that 900 is 30% of my new total profit of 3000? And then does this just repeat each day until your payout where it then resets back to whatever amount you have withdrawn? Or does it reset every 8 days? Any help would be amazing!
