People are mysteriously dying due to what appears to be a heart attack, but all is not as it seems. The eyeballs of each of the dead strangely ruptured right before their death. After Mizuki's (Marie Iitoyo) friend and Haruo's (Yu Inaba) younger brother die of these strange circumstances they join forces and begin investigating the circumstances of the deaths. After meeting someone named Eiko who may hold the key to solving this mystery, Eiko's eyes soon rupture and she dies by a heart attack, with her final words being "Shirai-san.”
