140g smooth peanut butter
50g coconut oil, plus 1 tablespoon extra
100g dark chocolate
Melt the peanut butter and the 50g of coconut oil together in a saucepan over a low heat.
When melted pour into mini cupcake papers and place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Melt together chocolate and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and pour on top. Place in freezer until set.
