We are taking the Jade on September. Hopefully, it is different than this. Our first using NCL.

It's always interesting to have this kind of feedback to prepare or make decisions for a cruise. For example, I would be impatient if I had to wait several minutes each time for a drink. Thank you for this useful information.

what a fun cruise. I really love the water park area and pool side. The food looks amazing and ambiance is so refreshing. One must really explore these cruises to have wonderful time while travelling. Your detailed review is always helpful for all the people who are planning for cruises.

This was a great rundown on the pros and cons of this ship. I remember that bathroom during your cabin tour which is definitely odd and a major con for me unless I’m traveling solo. And I wonder if the long lines are a norm or what. That can definitely put slight damper on the day waiting in a queue.

interesting mix of pluses and minuses i have to admit i think the crowds would be really off putting for me the place looks packed! although the food options do look really good!

Wow the pool deck looks great. A great place to cool down and take in some sun. The food looks amazing too. With so many on these cruises cues to get to things would be expected I guess.

The bathroom layout HAD to make the dislikes list 😆 we have been eyeing some Epic sailings but haven't booked anything yet 😁

I like that you're positive throughout the whole video. The pool and slides look awesome. If it wasn't so crowded. So much good food. Adults only area? Thank God. A bummer that they didn't space things out for the adults.

Honest and fair review. We have only done Norwegian once for an Alaskan cruise but this ship looks pretty awesome.

Great review. Norwegian has some really good entertainment and food options. That bathroom is a joke. Standing in lines makes it feel like an amusement park-no bueno.

We just went on the Norwegian Epic...We will never travel on it again. Negatives: Really crowded and absolutely noisy. Food was a disappointment. The Ice Bar was so crowded, actually wall to wall and all the seats were taken. We left after one minute (without being served) and they charged us for the tax. Positives: room was ok and staff members were very helpful.

It's been a while since we were on Epic. The biggest change seems to be more extra charge venues and a redone pool deck. The separated bathrooms were different and its an ugly ship but neither mattered to us. Long line-ups are standard for NCL.

Great review. I was on Epic back in January and loved how it handled rough seas. Booked again when it returns to Florida in the fall. Agree with your view of Spice H2O as I still remember my sunburn.

Was on the Epic for a seven day Southern Caribbean cruise out of Puerto Rico. Here is why I would never cruise it again.

1) All entertainment options are small for the size of ship making it difficult to see shows.
2) No staff at most entertainment options to ensure people don't save seats.
3) Terribly unhappy crew. We saw few employees smiling.
4) Would not sit people together.
5) Varirty of food in the buffet was mediocre.

Ben and David just did an absolutely brutal review of this ship, was by far the worst review they've ever done, the video shows the most dirty disgusting ship ever, it looks worse than a prison, caution tape and blocked areas everywhere, lines ridiculous, every venue jammed, your review is obviously fake and phony

Pools look nice, but they were very hot!
The whole point of a pool is to cool off!
If I want hot, I will get in the hot tub!

The layout and design of Epic are poor, so it made for the least enjoyable cruise I’ve done to date. The lack of bars on the libido deck created long and slow lines. A dining room and casino have been plopped in the middle of the ship, which was awkward and made for inconvenient obstacles when attempting to go from one side to the other. The stateroom bathroom/shower was similar to what you’d find on a Naval submarine.

The ship looks ugly. It looks like they just stacked a few more decks on top of the front of the ship. The backend looks like they chopped off the butt of the ship. The glass bathroom doors are stupid. No wonder they only made one ship and burned the design plans afterwards. Some parts of the ship lived on in the Norwegian breakaway which is a way more attractive ship.

The designers of that ship should be fired. Horrible designs

That bathroom design is horrible! Just imagine showering and then your partner comes into the cabin and accidentally gives the hallway a show...

They changed the chicken wings and they are now terrible they used to deep fry them now they boil them they also use a much lower quality Wing they look like Frankenstein wings they taste really bad did I mention that they taste really bad and they don't even give you wet wipes anymore

How was the cleanliness? I’ve seen so many comments that I things looked really dirty or ran down.
