🍚 Jeera Rice (per 2 servings):
1 cup basmati rice
1/2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp jeera seeds (cumin seeds)
🫘 Channa Masala:
1.5 onions, or 1 cup
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 roma tomatoes
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 can of chick peas, mostly drained
1 tbsp roughly chopped cilantro (with stems)
🌽 Corn Salsa:
1 cup of frozen corn (approx 6 oz)
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 jalapeno, diced
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
salt to taste
🫑 Masala / Fajita Veggies:
2 onions, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
🍗 Tandoori Chicken:
4-5 chicken thighs
.5 cup yogurt
2.5 tsp chili powder
2.5 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1.5 tsp garam masala
.5 tsp turmeric
1.5 tsp salt
.5 tsp black pepper
.5 tbsp lime juice (1/2 a lime)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp oil

1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 pack of chicken thighs (5 pieces)
3 red onions
2 bell peppers
1 jalapeno
3 roma tomatoes
1 lime
1 bunch, cilantro
1/2 bag, frozen corn
2 cups basmati rice
2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste
Ground Spices: Red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric
