This week Jamie heads to the island of Sicily in search of sensational home cooked
recipes that set apart from the food of the mainland. In the foothills of Mount Etna, he
meets Sicily’s very own Mary Berry, who gives Jamie a masterclass in Sicilian sweets,
inspiring Jamie’s outrageous chocolatey cannoli. In the heart of Catania’s colourful and
chaotic fish market Nonna Rosanna teaches Jamie her sublime sweet and sour tuna and
to finish Jamie cooks up his epic tuna prawn and pistachio spaghetti right next to the
glistening Mediterranean Sea.
