3 Days of Jeet Kune Do!

Anthony (another one!)reached out to me back in February on some Jeet Kune Do training. He flew from Las Vegas to Mississippi to train with me for a few day. We started with the foundation and progressed to drills and fighting with protective gear. He had some previous training in boxing and wing chun. So this is the first time he’s done JKD with an instructor. I would say he did excellent for a first timer in the Way of no Way.
