Track and field is so exciting. It’s just that there is so much hate towards it.

Did people forget who Christian Coleman is? He has far better times ran than Noah and had beaten Noah lyes several times and back in 2023 and he’s been on and off through out these last few years. And for those who are ignorant and automatically assume things. For whatever reason Coleman MISSED a couple of drug test that he DIDNT take. I’ve looked all over the web and his Wikipedia. It says nothing about failing any drug test. He got suspended for NOT taking the tests, not because he failed any. I still consider Coleman the best sprinter, not Lyles, Lyle’s has a slow start and ALWAYS struggles against Coleman. Just because Noah is actively running, does Not mean he’s better than everyone else. and he underestimates his opponents during the Olympics. Noah Lyle’s barely made it thru to the finals. And Coleman has the fastest 40 yrs dash 4.12 out of tyreek, noah and bolt. At a 4.12 he ran on turf.

I was under the impression that they were separating the Women's Long Sprinter's 400m race from the Long Hurdler's 400m flat race, meaning Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone and Marileidy Paulino wouldn’t necessarily compete against each other. Please let me know if I’ve misunderstood.

It’s to American and sprinter based - changing name of middle distance is stupid and signing distance runners up to two events sane meet us stupid as they’ll use weaker event as training plus no field events 🤦🏻‍♂️ and putting behind a paywall isn’t going to help
Grow athletics - what’s needed is better coverage ie when world record attempt at a diamond league don’t cut away to show field event and come back with couple
Laps to go split screen so can see both events

There is this shadow over track and field, but it’s a myth really. The fact of the matter is track and field is loved and watched buy billions of people, the issue is that track and field is not popular in the USA therefore it is given bad press from the most powerful nation on earth,

Why is the host making the show a bad set in stand up comedy, Michael wants to address the whole thing seriously and promote the meet and the host guy is doing everything he can to trivialise the whole thing.
