Techlead hurts himself. His Techlead channel is to create income by selling a quite expensive consultation for ongoing programmers.
These ongoing programmers he is ridiculing. First I thought it would be sort of satire. But - his face shows autism, autists usually don't have access to humour. The powerplay you are talking about is a sign for a cluster b personality disorder (e.g. narcissism or psychopathy), so is his unability to accept criticism.
Whether he really thinks that others might attack him in real life and violently - I doubt so. Why? because is not consistent with a personality disorder of cluster b. Those persons don't know fear. Neurologically non existent, as that part of the brain is not functional.

I agree with you (and I upvoted this video) but I'm afraid nothing is going to happen. The Techlead channel is still up (we're now a month later), although he hasn't posted anything new in the past month. He has also turned off all comments.

I've had to work with people who act this way. They have insecurities about being stupid. He's failed somewhere in life and so responds by being an a-hole.

The issue is with copyright laws, even a still image that is 1/60th of a video frame is a copyright violation under global law. Either we change the laws or have to suffer through this.
