The acoustics of this room leave something to be desired. But what I wouldn't give to have had a chance to rehearse with Barshai!

Still, even in a basketball court I would go nuts if Barshai was conducting my ensemble. Holy cow! What an honor!

Thanks. It's MY fascination of basketball and Classical music finding middle ground in the late 80's. There's just something memorizing about that unity.

We didn´t go to india, but i do remember Amsterdam ! a spectacular ensemble and a wonderful summer.
