I’m trying to find a monitor arm that will fit the desk as I’ve heard that some people can’t fit certain arms within the desk tray, could you recommend any that is more budget friendly apposed to the secret labs heavy duty arm? I spent all my money on a good spec gaming pc and an ultrawide monitor 😆 so my desk is just a 150 quid flat pack one (not too amazing) but good for now, i will need to save for a while untill i can afford a secret lab desk set up but they look great and would last a long time.

Office chairs > gaming chairs

Gaming chairs were modeled after car seats which were made to keep your legs and shoulders pointed forwards (to hold the steering wheel and keep your legs on the peddles) they blew up for their unique style and have become a culture icon, but office chairs are without a doubt more comfortable and literally made for desk work. For the same price of that gaming chair you could get a pretty high tear office chair. Soji haworth, or a refurbished steelcase leap v2. (Stay away from fern I heard some bad things about it)
