First homie
ОтветитьThe idea of not knowing what a target is . Is exactly my style ….
ОтветитьWhen you are out digging holes without a metal detector it’s luck . Using a detector you are detecting and digging …. Ka pow 💥
ОтветитьIf it gives a repeatable signal, I dig it!💖
ОтветитьGreat Video dude. Love it.
ОтветитьWhat's vdi
ОтветитьBig help bro. Most of our coinage in NZ is generally 18 up to 30, or just above. Still find alot of our old currency which is silver and copper/ bronze . I swang a 540 and it's noice. Appreciate yr tips Austin 👍🏾👏🏾🤙
ОтветитьAwesome channel. Good tips. Was out yesterday digging first time for my wife detecting had a bounce number she found a nice silver necklace.
ОтветитьGr8 Video clip Bro... V helpful for sure... Got the 540pro .....shall dig more lower numbers from now on....🤠
ОтветитьThis is why, in my opinion, the more important part is finding a spot that will produce, because trash and gold can sound the exact same. Damn those copper screws, they always sound so damb good!
ОтветитьHello Austin
ОтветитьI've been surprised not only with the tones, but the vdi many times. You know, everything plays a factor, depth, shape, condition, the variables all change both the vdi and tone. Great video bro!
ОтветитьThis a great help cause literally I found a silver ring a while back qnd it sound like a deep iron ring but with no scratchy tone so says everything and still dig the iron rings hahah
ОтветитьGreat video, that ring that rang up at 14 15 is an eye opener.
ОтветитьI didn't start finding gold or silver until I started digging more of the bouncy mid and low numbers.
ОтветитьThank you. I bought a Simplex+ a couple of months ago. I dig tons of foil and pull tabs. I dug a 23” counterfeit 14K Cuban link chain. Marked 14K, but plated over copper. It rang up EXACTLY like a pull tab. Same hunt a marked 925 sterling counterfeit, plated over copper, with bits of 18K plate still on it. Marked 750 as well, lol. It rang up 68 just like a zinc penny. So I definitely agree. Dig it all! Learn to love pull tabs and foil :)
ОтветитьYou never know until you dig it up.. But you get a good sense after many many hours of swinging and digging the same targets over and over again.. Persistence and Luck.. We can Persistence in digging target after target But I still say it is luck when you score a ring.. I have dug a silver ring on the Simplex that read 35 36 35 A nice chunky ring.. I have also dug silver rings that read up in the quarter range on the Vanquish also Dime range/copper penny too.. Gold well i have not dug enough gold rings or pendants with the Vanquish and 600 to know. but I do know it was luck on any ring I have dug other then Doing a recovery for someone. at that point it might still be luck but you know what you are looking for.. Thanks For sharing ..
ОтветитьNumbers, VDIs, my machine just makes sounds... And I have dug a lot of jewelry, coins and what ever else pops up, . . If it sounds good dig it....can't always be wrong. LOL.
ОтветитьGood clip mate .
ОтветитьGood video! I Purchased both of these detectors and find them capable. I hunt inland jewelry mostly,no ocean here. Good luck to all.
ОтветитьI have been detecting for 40 plus yrs. and your video was a great wake up call for me even though I know better I can get lazy. Thanks for the reminder that I need to start digging those numbers more consistently.
Well done video 👍 . Thanks.
Yes you are right Austin ,the way we think has a huge effect on what we find, if we are close minded about certain signals we will never know what treasures we have walked away from, but I have to admit I just don't bother with any negative numbers...did you ever find any treasures digging a negative one?
ОтветитьThe luck that we have in my country is that there is no currency that fully coincides with the majority VDI for gold, which is 12. I have found gold from 04 to 20, but my colleague has found it from - 03 to 25, so you have reason: there is no specific number for gold. I suppose that as it has happened to all of us, at the beginning we are guided more by the number of the objective but when the learning curve is prolonged, we learn that the sound is the key because a gold chain generally gives a negative value in the Equinox but a higher tone and different from iron.
ОтветитьOn the other hand, yesterday we received a unit of the Deus II to test on the beach. We brought it to a very difficult beach, highly mineralized and with strong EMI and I have to say that even without spending time to configure it to the extreme, the result was satisfactory but we did not think it was worth the price it has. Instead I fell in love with the Vanquish 540, on that beach6 it is the only detector we know of that is 100% stable at full sensitivity. Everyone else goes crazy in the area with the most interference. Now that's a fantastic detector at a price well below its real value.
ОтветитьWonderful video!!! I really enjoyed this one!!! 🤠💰👑😎🏴☠️✅
ОтветитьDo a night time dig.
ОтветитьI’ve started detecting right about the same time you got into detecting. I had the AT Pro & quickly realized the Simplex was a lot better for my style. I tend to swing faster then most people…I think. I still haven’t found a piece of gold, but lots of gold plated jewelry. I’m more going for the older stuff that’s deeper. I love finding relics & old coins, but really really want to find a nice piece of gold jewelry. I am just now starting to dig the low & mid tones more. What your saying it spot on. You can NOT find gold if your not digging the mid tones..PERIOD.
ОтветитьI think I will dig everything when my simplex gets here.
ОтветитьGreat video buddy ! Good tips for anyone !
ОтветитьDefinitely know what you mean. I always catch myself discriminating certain things out in my head. My last trip was to an old park that was full of pulltabs, square pulltabs, and ring pulls. It was almost a constant mid ton when I swung 😵. Found some coils but thats about it. When I get up the courage I'm going to go back and dig all those pulltabs in hope of finding some other valuables.
ОтветитьYou are true in so many ways! Bought the Vanquish 540 Pro Pack 3 weeks ago. Found myself digging all the high tones , finding plenty of clad but yet have not found any gold on the low tones only can slaw. My mind went instantly to I’m not digging that crap no more. Bad mistake on my part. I have that bad feeling in my stomach you were talking about. Ran the Whites Treasure Pro for 3 years, all my gold rang up a solid 14 & solid 18, perfect pull tab numbers. Thanks for putting this back in my head to dig the low tones. Excellent video. Plz make more
ОтветитьNeed to do same with simplex I not sure what gold range is on simplex as I searching an area for ring lost by a friend of my wife a long time ago its a long shot but If there is a chance may be.
ОтветитьKeep eyes to the ground. I've found gold in dressing room floor. Found a gold and garnet cross at my car at a trader joes!!!
ОтветитьVery informative thank you. I’m about a month out from being able to pick up my first detector in about a month so I’m learning as much as I can about precious metals and coins. I was going to plant some Morgan’s and all denominations of constitutional silver, zinc , copper pennies With some small gold and silver jewelry
With tabs and bottle caps at different depths and crowded in some situations just to familiarize myself with the correlating signals. I don’t really know anyone with a detector to show me the ropes and discrimination. You’re tutorial is awesome and you got me excited to start finding anything honestly . Happy hunting brother!!
I found a gold grill that looks exactly like the one in your hand. It turned out to be 10k and I just started metal detecting
