ox knows the reason those boys said those things about their "friends" was because the cops only wanted them to so call tell on certain people. ox knows that's why they didn't make up stories on anyone other than the targeted ones. The cops were dirty and evil and so is the state. The system failed those kids and instead of trying to help both sides, they prosecuted them to further destroy their lives. Those cops and the DA are the real gang members.
