I had this in my jeep for a long time. I then switched over to Bluetooth, I still use it when I drive my parents minivan. I have been using mine for over a year and so far no problems.

Going to buy one.

Not working out for me...I must be missing something here. I plug the jack into my phone, bring up the station that the receiver is set to, and I just hear the radio. Nothing from my phone.

Does this work better then Bluetooth fm transmitters

Hi. I have a non bluetooth car and a non bluetooth 2005 iPod Classic containing lots of music. The AUX socket in the car is between the car seats and the power socket is under the radio and heating controls in front of the gear stick. Is it possible to play my iPod through the car speakers. If so, what type of transmitter or receiver so I need to buy. A link to suitable gadgets would be most welcome.
