Thanks for sharing Richard.
ОтветитьThanks, Richard. Dr. Naiman's input here is excellent... practical, distilled common sense.
ОтветитьTed is straight to the point gives examples in detail . Appreciate the post.
Ответить100g of raspberries is not 5g of carbs. It's all carbs too. He meant sugar I guess.
ОтветитьNO one can argue with anything he said there surely? But in the online nutrition wars you never know 😄
The point about eating more at the buffet after consuming a doughnut reminds me of something I heard about bodybuilders consuming doritos as a trick to eat more after they're full.
I would love to know the answer to the question posed, should we be aiming to have fats (proteins) one day and carbs a different day?
I would like to know this as it relates to good digestion. As the question is asked I imagine it refers to meats or avocado.
This is all just low-carb nonsense bro science. The carb/insulin theory of weight gain has been thoroughly debunked
ОтветитьI just can't understand half of what he is saying - his speech is so mumbling. It seems like he talks without opening his mouth enough. Don't usually have a problem understanding peoples speech. I put subtitles on but it seems they can't understand many of his words either. So it was frustrating as what I could understand seemed very informative and enlightening.
Ответить👋👋👋👋
ОтветитьIf you watch the show alone, you will see what cutting out carbs and highly processed foods do to the body.
