This was simple but so informative as far as concept is concerned
ОтветитьSo, more blood pressure from having more blood volume in the same circulatory system, then?
ОтветитьThis!!! I knew there was a reason I wanted to start with cardio. ❤
ОтветитьPolycythemia?
ОтветитьCrips been real quiet since this dropped 🗿
ОтветитьUnless you are anemic 😂
ОтветитьAs a AB+ person that take anyone's blood but plasma is universal. Anyone know people with AB organs can only take AB organs?
ОтветитьThis is why I don’t skip cardio ❤ 🩸
ОтветитьAre walking and swimming included?
ОтветитьTy 😊
ОтветитьMore blood volume = higher blood pressure ?
ОтветитьBro I give mad respect for you and the knowledge your teaching us but please I maybe wrong but your eyes around them is dark like you not getting enough sleep 🤞🏾☝🏾🙏🏾💯❤️🫡🇯🇲
ОтветитьThe hearts left ventricle also enlarges to help pump more blood out:)
ОтветитьThat’s why coaches never let trainers go to the bathroom immediately after a training session
ОтветитьThat is NOT the complete picture. And it's also misleading a bit. I for one suffer with a congenital heart disease. My body is constantly producing more red blood cells to compensate for blood mixing in the heart. In other words, my oxygen saturation is always low. I rest somewhere between 80 and 85.
Now back to your claim and why does this all matter? The answer is simply because when your blood carries more red blood cells, your blood is noticeably thicker. Kind of like sludge in a vehicle. When your blood is sludge, your heart has to work a lot harder. I need to drain my blood or donate it at least three times a year simply to lose some red cell volume. As soon as I am finished donating, I feel so much better immediately. Be extremely careful what you say because it's almost never a "one size fits all" scenario.
And printing all the red blood cell will be the end of you in age 50-60
ОтветитьI doubt those never happen to me, cause I don’t need Iron on blood, has make the most efforts to myself.
ОтветитьWhen I running, can’t catch my breath After couple blocks, so no way, maybe We should develop Ai in USA to our country Medical system, those systems has developed in Taiwan most main importance Hospitals, Through patience’s data in past send to Ai, they will in half hours analysis how do Nurse read that send to Dr, save many months appointments, and faster to do cures processing, we are United, how can that we are developing Ai but actually still live on ancient human management even hard to book appointments.:)😂😂😂
ОтветитьAnother suggestion, not all elders need do such hard exercise and hope to live to 200 years old, live live valuable instead of longevity. Those sportsman hardly have longevity, why should I do those harm to my precious body??
ОтветитьDoes the body produce more platelets with exercise?
ОтветитьEven strength training is cardio. They should name cardio as just cardio
ОтветитьThere is no miracle in this. It is a natural physiological adaptation to stress. It is incorrect to draw the conclusion that having more red blood cells and a larger blood volume will make me healthier. This is not the case. Moreover, it does not help muscle endurance because their endurance depends on the development of mitochondria - the only structures in the cell that consume oxygen. If they are not developed, then extra red blood cells and extra oxygen are not needed. Even with calm breathing, we only use about 15% of the oxygen we inhale. To use all the inhaled oxygen, the training must be super intense. And still, you will exhale part of the oxygen.
ОтветитьYou're not distinguished from not shaving.
ОтветитьWhat if you don't get enough iron for that? 🤔
ОтветитьI can spend months being a couch potato but after 2 intense gym classes in the same week I can gym again comfortably (compared to the previous nearly passing out and extreme fatigue). It's so cool. Such a short time period for IMMENSE relief
ОтветитьI just finished reading a study about how endurance exercise increases mitochondrial biogensis, reduces inflammatory markers, increases immunoglobulins and increases angiogensis! When im on the treadmill i am literally saying "mitochondrial biogenesis" on repeat 😂
ОтветитьNow what, exactly, is considered moderate to intense cardio?
I go by heart rate, but I've never been able to stamp down a definitive HR range.
Is this good to a child with leukemia? He needs to produce more plasma and rbc
ОтветитьWhy do you have black gloves on
ОтветитьBetter immune system.
ОтветитьGreat short thank you.
Ответитьstrength training does the same (even though more research is needed) and is more effective if your goal is to maximize muscle growth. for endurance you can add low intensity cardio to the workout, getting also many more cardiovascular benefits.
on the other hand cardio stimulate production of AMPK, that seems to inhibit mTOR and the protein synthesis pathway limiting muscle growth.
Good❤
Ответить❤❤
ОтветитьПрекрасно видео❤браво🎉
ОтветитьI don't know anything about cardio but if i have to guess it's running so i have a question is cycling counts as a cardio exercise
ОтветитьPlease explain the AML blood cancer in detail!! Please..my husband having an AML..!
Ответить❤🙏🏼
Ответить🤔 this is why I thought taking antifungal and yeast infection medicine while constantly working out was a better idea
ОтветитьWhat about an increase of rbc in urine?🤒🥲
ОтветитьI’m told by doctors that more red blood cells could lead to blood clot, if that is true, won’t it put one at risk for exercising to increase red blood cells? I just want to lean🙏🏾
ОтветитьWhat is the minimum consistent cardio required?
ОтветитьLoving this information, since I started doing more cardio daily!
Ответитьwould this help someone with anemia (low blood cells)?
ОтветитьBut wont blood volume increase one's blood pressure ?
Id like an answer to that since doctors in my country tell you "above all, do not exercise, youll get more blood pressure"...
Hmm. I already have too many red blood cells... should I quit exercising?
ОтветитьIncredible how the body works together down to the cellular level. It just shows how great adaptations are in the functionality of the body
ОтветитьI'm guessing it also improves recovery as well, post exercise
ОтветитьWhat’s more effective in producing more blood? Moderate or intense cardio?
Ответить
