ОтветитьHi Akis. We are not accustomed to lemon chicken here (more of a paprika or turmeric chicken type people) nevertheless Ive tried the recepie. One of my kids said its too lemon-ish, which probably is as its suppose to be. The second kid said the sauce is a bit bitter. Do you have an idea what could make it bitter?

ОтветитьI marinaded the chicken for 24 hours. OK, I did use v.good quality chicken but I swear it was the most succulent baked chicken ever. You can literally taste the ingredients of the marinade in each bite. I think that the lemon and mustard play a big part in tenderising the chicken.

Ответить390F was too high. At 45 mins, the chicken was already at 190 degrees. I should have checked it sooner with the thermometer. Supposed to be 165 for chicken. It was overcooked. I don’t know what happened. Another 30-45 mins would have destroyed it. Was the temp too high or were my chicken thighs thinner than yours?
