I’m a tarot reader and have been reading for others for about 4 years now professionally. However the more I read for other people, the more I feel disconnected from the tarot, and from other people. I believe this was because I was realizing that people are only coming to me to seek what’s outside of themself. They come to me for life changing advice or answers to their problems. And the majority of their problems are issues they could resolve by going within themselves. Therefore, they never really get solved because they are only continuing to seek answers outside themselves. People ask me to read into other people’s lives, or how others feel about them, if their partner is cheating, etc. Which are all valid questions and things to worry about, but it just feels so dark and heavy, because their concern is so focused on their external world and the people and things around them, rather than themselves. This video gives me a new perspective on tarot and how I can shift my readings to be more self reflective. Please drop the course I want to relearn the tarot so I can be a better tarot reader and support people more wholeheartedly. And thank you for this video. 🙏

Here some food for thought. What would you say if I told you that there are actually 13 spheres, but only 10 are public. Like there are only 10 gurus in the Sikh religion, Nanak had 9 successors; when there is supposed to be 12 which gives us 13 gurus! Three more gurus are yet to come. Try to tell that to the gurus ! Or try to tell the Krishna consciousness movement that Krishna is a representation of the sun. They will chase you out of the temple! The priests, gurus and rabbis will get vary angry. All the books have a hidden message within their texts and should be read on an esoteric level as apposed to a literal! They all have an arkanum within! Even the Koran has a hidden arkanum, but don’t tell that to their clerics. They will try and take your head! Like the 10 commandments come from the 12 negative confessions of the Egyptian book of the dead. Look to the ancient’s, before the Roman’s or the Greeks! Look at ancient India and some of the writings of the Brahmas! All the temples pre Krishna were dedicated to the feminine as apposed to the masculine, temples to the moon as well as the sun. If you understand the great arkanum, then you will see the messages in all the religious books of the world! Then you will truly be free in your mind! But what do I know? It’s all a matter of perspective! But stimulating all the same! Seek for yourself!

15th-century Italian elites would sometimes commission an artist to paint a family member on a card, which would then be gifted to the subject. This family member might be a member of the royal courts of the time. The origins of tarot don't lie in divination, although that's been their main use, especially since the early 1900s and the Rider-Waite deck.

I think the Rider-Waite deck was the first to include pictorials on the 'pip' cards. Tell me if you know I'm wrong. One of the main reasons they became so popular for divination. Both Arthur Edward Waite and the artist Pamela Coleman Smith were members of the original Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn. It's no surprise then that these cards would be so rich in symbolic meaning.

The Rider-Waite deck is brilliant not just for divination. The rich symbology also makes them great for meditation. Try starting with The Fool and work your way through the major arcana daily. Pop the card under your pillow, sleep on it, and meditate on its meaning to you, in the morning. My best advice is to ignore the book meanings. What does the card say to you?

Also think about overlaying the tarot on your body... The three horizontal levels are Hips, Nipples and Eyes, 10 is the sacrum, 1 is the crown (Fill in the blanks). If you do this the distance between each level gets shorter as you ascend. This relates to the specta of light emitting from your electro-magnetic field as you achieve higher states of conscious awareness. I never use these cards for divination, I use nature for divination and the cards as a guide as to what is going on, in fact I don't own a set anymore, i've memorized them. What's the point of trying to see the future, if your present is un-balanced? Fix the present and the future is already written. Be well.
