I recommend using sharp cheddar cheese. I tried it with medium and it didn’t wow me. Will be trying this recipe again as it was very easy.

Too salty to consume. So disappointed. Maybe a typo but DO NOT add a Tbsp. of salt. I added a potato in an effort to save it. Just terrible.

Wayyyy to much cheese! If you’re trying to make this i recommend 1 cup of cheese not 3!! Other then that it’s delicious 🤤

Just made the soup and it's very good however, a few things are off with the recipe. It needs more broth. She calls for 2 cups....it needs 3. Also, please don't put 1 Tablespoon of salt. Just add it as you go so u don't over salt it. The broth has salt and so does the cheese.

just followed this to the T. nobody like the nutmeg. i did, but everyone asked why it tasted sweet, and it did. i enjoyed it very much , but did have a sweet taste. like eating sweet corn with soup, but again i enjoyed it, family liked it and ate but all said they could do without the sweetness.

This was incredible and so easy to make and was sooooo delicious. It was so easy I put it together while on a conference call at the times that it wasn't my turn to speak

No celery, no half and half milk, and it needs more chicken broth!

That bowl of cheese did not look like 2 cups. A 16oz block of cheese is 4 cups. I measured out 3/4 of that and it looks like much more cheese that she added.

1 tbsp of salt is WAY too much for me and mine, I just made this and had to throw it out! going to have to halve it at the least because it overran the whole dish.
