Im indonesian and been listening to GBS for more than 14 years. The drummer is named bowo nicknamed bowi. Love them, indo were jist not ready for this awesome band

Wow, this trio of lead guitar/vocals, drummer and bassist are super performers. Great funky jazz music. They are really dam good. Please post more of them in the future, can't wait!

I know that many people don't consider bass "sexy", but as a former bass player and an admirer of the many fantastic bass players out there I can only encourage you to keep on keeping on. And you are right: Fajar is one fine player with an awesome sound! If he doesn't make the big time, there's no justice in this world!

I think it's important to appreciate all the pieces of the pussle, i.e. all the players in a band, but not everybody listens to music that way. In addition, in some bands the roles of certain players is to support other featured players, be it vocalists and/or instrumentalists. If I may generalize, I think musicians are more apt to listen to and evaluate all the pieces than the general listener who is more likely to enjoy the combined efforts of a band than single out individual players for scrutiny and enjoyment. Musical taste, which varies from individual to individual and should be accepted as such, also plays a huge role. Important is that everybody has something to enjoy and the artists thrive and feel appriciated.
