I wont cut out Everything " bad for you " when it comes to food i LOVE FOOD. but i do not have to subject my body to every day poison We can enjoy foods candies snacks, but we need balance! we dont need it daily! and WE CAN truly look for snacks that has less Poison in them! Theres TONS of healthy options that taste good WITHOUT DYES do you realize, in most snacks they wouldn't need to add red 40, or " scents and dyes in shampoo They add it because studies show people spend more money when something " looks better " you can get candy. That is basically sugar. without color but taste pretty close to the same thing. anyways i just wanted to share with everyone what im doing. but in the end The proof has to be visible. so continue following us and lets see if my face/body changes for the better! :D
