Moving to Cambodia as an Expat. Happy to Be Back Home Living in Cambodia. Phnom Penh to Siem Reap.
Cost of living in Cambodia is great! That is why I decided to retire in Cambodia and live in Siem Reap as a foreigner. I show you my journey back to Siem Reap from Phnom Penh. I also introduce a special guest from Canada who will be joining me.
In this Cambodia vlog you will see me eat at one of my favourite restaurants in Phnom Penh. The private taxi from Phnom Penh to Siem was comfortable and convenient. I was able to stop wherever and whenever I wanted and having a private driver meant more flexibility.
Private ride from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh is $75 USD for an SUV as you see in the video. Private ride from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap was just under $100 USD. $75 booking was done through Facebook private driver so it was cheaper. The other ride from PP to SR was booked through an online company which costs more. I wanted to compare Facebook market with online booking sites to give you an idea of what the difference is that I paid.
It is time to enjoy living in Cambodia as an expat without having to worry about anything in Canada. I'm so thrilled to be back in Cambodia!

Cambodia is wonderful, but I wouldn’t use the PassApp’s I rather use grab cause I never get scam off grab the PassApp’s itself need to update I got scam 3 time and I report to the company same thing happen, but they just continue not to update their software

Moving to Cambodia as an expat is a great option. Cost of living in Cambodia is attractive and then atmosphere seems pleasant. Good for you to retire in Cambodia. Keep up the good work.
