Great podcast episode! It really challenged the way I think about food. Personally, I struggled for years with chronic issues like stress, anxiety, IBS, and allergies. I tried a vegan diet for three years, then vegetarian, but nothing worked—my symptoms only got worse.

At the beginning of last year, I switched to a carnivore diet, and it completely healed my system. I haven’t eaten vegetables since, and I feel so much better—no more allergies, brain fog, or energy dips. Listening to this was challenging because even vegetables today are often sprayed with harmful toxins.

I’ll definitely take this to prayer and ask the Lord for wisdom on how to steward my body well. Thank you for sharing such a thought-provoking discussion. God bless you all! 🙌

How do you eat protein without actually eating the blood or fat?

I need this, I’ve struggled with my weight all my life and am addicted to food. I had a dream once where I was looking in a mirror and I was so obese my stomach hung to the floor.. I believe I have a gluttony spirit on my life and need deliverance! I have a beautiful baby boy at home that I want to be around for.. please keep me in prayer 🙏

Always have been checking which foods work together..to sustain my organs and improve energy. Some fruits and vegetables are sprayed w multiple chemicals...its best to limit or avoid those. Unless you locate Organic produce * certified..or grow your own.

Eating nutritious foods can be compromised ...bc people SAY they dont have time. Evenings are a time to set up your fuel. I dont understand with all the information we have. If you dont put gas and oil in your car..clean the filters, the lines...You wont be going anywhere.

I'll take your burgers, extra grease please, hold the bun and everything else. Seriously, the lion diet is an eye opener. Get into ketosis once and you'll see what I'm talking about. Better circulation, energy, fewer headaches, heartburn almost non existent..

Watching this and smiling ear to ear! I’m on Day 2 of a raw veggie 7 day plan that Coach Ro and Prophetess Tiphani Montgomery just did a live on. Love that the Dr. had scriptures to back up and intertwine with the health facts. Loved everything about this! I will be taking better care of my temple, I’m 25 and I have realized a drop in my energy as I’ve gotten older and I’m sure it’s because of everything I’m consuming.

That was me! That’s what happened to me when I came into the Seventh Day Adventist Church 10 yrs ago! I struggled! The Seventh Day Adventist Faith has been preaching and teaching this for over 100 years! The Health Message is the Right Arm of the Gospel!

In 2014 I graduated from an Evangelism school in Carmel IN called EMMAUS(Evangelism Medical Ministry Anchored Upon Scripture) through the Seventh Day Adventist Faith! The Best Education I have ever received! Our Church has known these Health messages through the scriptures wayyy before Health & Wellness was a thing or popular! I’m sooo grateful & Thankful for the Seventh Day Adventist Church!

That 2.7 percent are in the Blue Zones which where many Adventist live! Such as the Loma Linda California, near Loma Linda University

SDA preachers preach the Health Message! This is not new! It’s only new to many Sunday Christian in the Evangelical Faiths who are not preaching the Health message in the pulpits! Like the SDA ministers such as, Pastors Ivor Myers of Power of the Lamb ministries , and Randy Skeet, and David Astrick, and Pastor Doug Batchelor of Amazing Facts Ministries and many many more preachers & teachers in our Church have been teaching this for many many years! The SDA church hosts the Biggest HEALTH EXPOS all over the States and in other countries! We have the largest Hospital and schools that advocate a whole food plant based lifestyle is one of the missions of our church! Praise God! That finally many others outside of our faith are now finally realizing this God given Divine Truth has been sitting in the Bible this whole time!

Waaiitt… Soooo if Dr Anthony is right there in Huntsville Alabama, then he must know that Oakwood University and the Breath of Life Church that’s there! I wonder if he’s health ministry is part of the university! Pastor Ivor Myers is also right there in Huntsville! Oakwood University is very well known in that community and it’s under the Leadership of the SDA belief especially the health message

This teaching on health and eating “living foods” is gold!! This is exactly what Jesus said to me in a dream in March of 2020…”Eat living foods.” And I’ve been doing it ever since! Lost 50lbs in 3 months effortlessly, and defeated high blood pressure and high cholesterol. So I encourage everyone, especially the people of God, to please listen and heed the voice of the Lord when it comes to your health. Dr. Chornes is God’s voice of health to our generation!
