I dont get how you have 10k Health, like thats pretty insane. While my Bunny over here sitting at 3k Health with full Yellow gear and maxed out Health Mod.

Yo skills Viessa is also my main, I love her man right now I'm sitting on 14,000 def and 8000 health. I notice that if your not playing with tanks that 14,000 def and 10,000 health is the sweet spot on most hero's. I just need that mod that give you skill CD and health and I'm all set, but RNG have been good to me. I've farm that boss and on my 8th try with randoms the hypothermia mod drop for me. Keep at it bro it'll drop for you.
