I am still having issues with my selections not having enough feathering when I want a smooth mask edge. I am working in really large files around 100"... and I find that the feathering only allows you to have a limited amount of smooth feathering.
Ответитьgood video, thanks deke
ОтветитьGreat video! After over 30 years with Adobe, it was time to break up. "It's not you Adobe, it's me. Okay I lied, it IS you!" Affinity Photo isn't quite as good as Photoshop in some ways but in other ways it's better. At the end of the day I can do the work that I need to do at a professional level and keep a little cash in my pocket each month! Sorry Adobe, I don't miss you at all!
ОтветитьYou made Photoshop Easy then, Now you are making Affinity Easy... Rich Features.. Thanks Deke.
ОтветитьHe Deke, I learnt Photoshop from you from scratch (Photoshop 101 & the like). So you are my mentor to this creative world. But now Affinity Photos seems better. Enjoying your videos back then and also now. I think making selections and masking is better in Photoshop with lot of leg room to stretch. I think it will evolve gradually to be par with Photoshop and may be better, who knows.
Thank you for introducing me to this new software.
Dear Mr. McClelland, I just thought about you and your awesome Photoshop CS2 tutorials back then. A friend gave the DVDs to me (and a very legal version of the software!) to start out. And I have to say this shaped my entire career as a creative. So thank you very much for your concise explanations. Glad to see you're still teaching the world!
Greetings from Germany <3
You taught me Photoshop, and now that I made the switch to Affinity Photo, I'm happy to learn from you again - you're such a wonderful teacher! 🥂
