NEVER TOO SMALL Argentinian Small Corner Terrace Apartment - 25sqm/269sqft

it looks like someone’s school woodworking class did the fitout .. the doors aren’t straight or square and those cutout holes accentuate the home made ‘vibe’ .. and painting everything white is a typical mistake. Picking up the colours from the entry floor could have played with perceptions. The place has such potential and they missed it .. (and ‘seating area’ on the roof? What seats?) A small balcony would have done wonders for some privacy up top. Nah .. it’s a fail.

I had a "Wow" moment when he climbed up that ladder into the magical secret garden. What a brilliant design!

This one is one of my favorites. It's so bright, and the rooftop would be such a spot to be. Love it.

i live in the same city as this house, and let me tell you i’d give anything to live in a place like that. i love small places this kind of design, it’s so sad how unaffordable our economy has become. i’m only 18 but i know i’ll be living with my parents for a loooong time :/

That terrace on the roof through that bathroom is such an insanely cool feature. Loads of plants, a fire place, just need a few chairs and maybe a littke charcoal grill and you can entertain guests to an extent, or just make it your own private rooftop complete with a solid view of the skyline. Really cool little place here.

The architect did a great job! But that being said, it is too small.

Love everything ... but the perforated screen would be better if it was black or at least a mid-grey, blue or brown. That would mean less glare from the balcony (there's enough white in the apartment already), you would be able to see the outdoors better and still have privacy.

They created a greenhouse. This apartment will be extremely hot during the summer and cold in the winter and require a lot of energy to maintain comfortable temperatures.

That dining table looks like it would fall over if you walked past it too fast.

Wow! Just wow. Very small, but they managed to make it look so attractive. And the terrace one too was a surprise! Like having a secret staircase in a castle, hehe.

Marvelous. But I didn’t see any comfortable, relaxing furniture in the living space. One chair, one table. For a couple. Am I missing something?

The real design flaw that I'm seeing is that the kitchen sink is hard to access due to the placement of the terrace walls/folding windows; even when it is completely folded up. Beyond that issue they did a fairly good job addressing other concerns within the unit. It is a bit funny to see that the access to outdoor seating on the roof is through the shower.

Brilliant design for a very challenging floor plan. Love the incorporating of the balcony into something useful - bringing light indoors and expanding the living area. Not sure about the ladder to the roof from the bathroom though.

This is a beautiful space but it must be difficult to change the bed linens.

A very unique apartment.

"Where's your bathroom?" "Oh, just open up one of the cupboards."

"Where's the terrace?" "Oh, just climb the ladder in the shower."

While the balcony looks lovely from inside and the rooftop looks lovely while in the space, it looks awful from the street.

That is truly the nicest balcomy ive ever seen.

Even with the odd shaped apartment it still designed so well. Even without the rooftop area, there is still so much open space.

This is nothing short of a miracle considering the shape of the space!!! I absolutely love it 😍😍😍
