isnt it a joke that this isnt a preset effect? Im working on a tutorial and I wanna have text appear like this many times in a 4min video. gonna take a year if I do it like this

Does it have shortcut keys for the tools?

Here is my trick that saves you tones of time.
1. Open paint or any photo editor
2. Make your background black
3. Chose any color for the text and write it down ( big and nice)
4. Fire a screen recording app like obs or any of your favorite.
5. Now erase or paint black the text from left to right
6. Import the video on vegas as a layer and chose the blend mode to lighten
7. Reverse the video so it creates the illusion that the text is painted not erased.
Done!
