The USB does not show up under locations on second finder (bottom of page) and but it did at the tab on top of the page. So I cannot drag the document to any external locations /USB.

I’m able to save my students’s progress reports on my USB but when I try to print them at the school’s printer the progress reports will not show.😢 But if I save my progress reports on a USB from my old Samsung laptop the progress reports show automatically once I insert the USB into the printer. Any suggestions?

I download ultrasound pics and video clips to a USB thumb drive and then want to download them to my MacBook Pro. I am able to download the pics, but I get a message that the videos are not compatible with Quicken. Is there another way I can do this?
