One of my favourite all time comedy shows.... I have a feeling that this will never be replicated... 😞😞😞

I loved this show. But, i would never be friends with someone like Blanche!

Not too long after my grandpa died, The Golden Girls came out.
My grandma would tell me how funny they were.
By then I was an adult and had my own life, but I decided that I would go to my grandma’s house and watch The Golden Girls with her.
I was very close to my grandma’s, so that was 1 evening a week I’d spend with her.
We would die laughing at the jokes. It was a special time we spend together. She was sarcastic, as I am and we Always had fun, even when I was growing up.
She died in 14. I still miss her.

The episode of Dorothy working with Blanche is the episode where I stopped fully liking Blanche’s character just like I stopped liking Rose’s character shooting in the house for a stupid fear or Sophia making fun of Dorothy’s for physical traits. Dorothy was truly the good hearted character that remained consistent 🥰

Absolute gems!! I miss them. Acting today is not the same as it was back in the day. These ladies remind me to always stay classy.
