Dude, get your Lawyer go after them! These clowns are desperate for sales if they’re copying your ideas! And when they come kissing your ass charge them $1 million as a consult fee to start! 😂🎉

If someone buys Eric's company I'm not confident they will continue with the quality and innovation that Tekton currently provides. Better get your orders in now!

DON'T SELL YOUR BRAND!! Your brand should continue on, however the litigation goes or not, and your following will always be there.

Oh, this is easy to resolve. Just threaten them with litigation. You know, have your lawyer and their lawyers have a “chat”. That way you don’t have to “sue” anyone. 😂

"circumvent your technology"? I don't think that is what you meant to say. Those are good looking speakers that seem ideal for massive amps and rock music.

You should offer a diy option on the type of speakers and tweeters you use especially the crossover and just let everyone build their own and the ones infringing on you wont be able to compete they are already alot of diy cloning what you doing so especially how your info on your website and the reviews are giving alot of info to be able to diy and clone your speakers so becareful

Call it a kind of genius, call it dumb luck, call it "accident," but I want you (Eric) to know that a set of your Moab model has been sitting in my living room for five years and they are truly special. I was introduced to the Klipsch Horn in 1976, a set my dad owned until just a few years ago, and the Moab - properly set up in a well treated room - is a much more finely tuned creature. The Horn is just great for theater style presentation, but it cannot realize the utterly natural, the nuance, the realism, the sheer potential for beauty of the Moab. We live in a world where people crave power and the Klipsch Horn may be the better choice if people need a head-banging experience. But for those who crave refinement and beauty and a full range of dynamic prowess, the Moab leaps to the fore.

Even after stealing (not circumventing, stealing) your patented technology, saving millions in product design development, they STILL will not be a fraction as good for the money for the simple fact they all sell through a dealer network with 60% profit margins. In other words they have to more than double the price. Plus the same profit hungry dealer network knows most of their customers buy based on wife appeal. So they are forced to spend more on the pretty box than the drivers that make the speaker make music. So double the price again. This is why no matter what they do all they will come up with is the same overpriced high end furniture as now only with more drivers. What they’re doing in other words is flattering and yet at the same time pathetic, in that it shows they’re capable of copying but not understanding. They just don’t get it. Never have. Never will. (Read the trolls comments for more from one who understands nothing!)

I was taught dont patent anything unless you have the resources to go to court, which could easily run you 500k-1m. Second it is my understanding that if you are aware of potential infringers of your patent, you must pursue litigation or you can lose your rights. Im guessing these companies wont be easily scared so threatening them is probably pointless so your stuck between a rock and a hard place which im sure you are aware. Its a high stake game of chicken, good luck

this seems an unlikely occurrence given the money and engineering that those large established companies have available. while the array is similar i have not heard how the patented technology has been 'stolen' or infringed. no shortage of audio product designers out there claiming to have invented the egg, so to speak. ntl i would like to know specifically what has been copied.

The industry or, machine is always reshuffling the deck. I’ve watched the tide of tech create and move through the same old designs by a generational wave.
Remember that! We have come to see all kinds of trends in hifi speakers design be re released in one form or another. Let’s remember the big low standers from the 70’s and 80’s. So many manufacturers are rebirthing this to a new generation who don’t know. In short Eric? What you have always designed has always been in and of itself!
The copying of your mid array is yet another attempt to freshen the market. I look at open baffle speakers in my thinking here. You make some because they are out in the market. Good and I’m glad if it work for those who feel the need to have them.
Is it trendy? Oh yah.
My point is that you have built great speakers for years that crush the competition.
This mid array was born from you and it is flat out superior and superb.
I just wanted to convey this to you.
