Canvas went slack within few wks - don't bother!
ОтветитьTrying to make people aware of the worst customer service I have experienced with this company.
Order was made on the 14th of December, a week later they responded saying a system error had caused them to lose the artwork.
We sent it again but they told us it would not be ready for Xmas. They still collected payment though.
They asked us to contact them if we wanted to cancel. We did not seeing as it could just be an accident. Nothing happens.
We send an email asking why we have not received the order. We then get an email from someone saying that they asked us if we wanted to proceed on the previous email. The correspondence clearly shows that this person is lying and we are still waiting for the order and it is nearly the end of January. Such a mistake ordering from this company. The customer service has been appalling.
