Is it just me or from the moment Kirby flew down onto the grassy roads below, the music gives me vibes of Fantastic Dreamers, the OG OP for Konosuba during it's first season.

Kirby Air Ride was my most played game on GameCube. One of my favourite games of all time. I hope they have a City Trial mode. Online play too

I was never a big fan of Kirby Air Ride but this CGI Trailer is absolutely lovely

I really like Kirby's new look, he looks brighter and pink ready to go against the other Air Riders that awaits his path.

I remember in middle-school, trading around all of our memory cards inside our friendgroup that liked air ride, so that we could each learn what to do from what others had filled that we hadn’t yet; like homie unlocked hydra for us like on my card and I beat the dragoon challenges for people with my fav lil vespa wheel rider.

We each had one mini game where on everyone’s cards our score was #1. It was so cool like our own analog competition board. No game since got me working both inside and outside with people like that.

Walking in each day to class, dapping up the dude you were switching cards with and exchanging it in the handshake like the Arnold meme. It was such a vibe.

I never thought I would cry tears of joy at a game announcement but Kirby Air Ride was so important to me growing up. I had all but given up on a sequel, and 22 years later, here it is! I'm so excited to see what Sakurai-san has in store for us 🤍

Kirby Air Ride 2 has been a pipe dream for wishlist title for me for like 15 years now. This made my day, the trailer was perfect, and Sakurai has proven once again why he's the Willy Wonka of gaming. Absolute GOAT.

I sold my switch a couple years ago as I didn't need it anymore, this nintendo direct convinced me I want to get the Switch 2, however Kirby AirRiders has now just hyped me beyond belief. Kirby Air Ride was my favourite all time Nintendo game, I sunk hundreds of hours playing that game as a kid after school trying to unlock everything and just playing it for fun with friends.

This makes me incredibly happy. I'll finally be able to play Kirby air ride online!
