Welcome, and thank you for checking out my new channel!

On my channel you will find many recipes for delicious and satisfying dishes that are easy to make, have a quick prep time, and are very healthy. Most of them require only a few simple ingredients, including ones that you most likely already have in your home.
I truly believe that we are what we eat, so our food should be wholesome and nutritious. But it should also be rich in taste so that it nourishes both body and soul! Most of my savory dishes are gluten-free, butter-free, and with little or no added sugar. I cook primarily with olive and nut oils, which have been shown to be very beneficial to your health.

I am particularly proud of my desserts, which include many that are made without gluten or simple sugars but taste so amazing that you would never know! But if you crave the traditionally decadent and rich desserts that are made with wonderful butter, flour and sugar -- maybe for the holidays or special occasions, including special occasions you invented just this minute (wink!) -- I have those also.
