That will never happen. That would risk a nuclear world war. The US should retake the Panama canal. A deal should be offered to Canada. Perhaps $10000 to $50000 to each Canadian citizen and billions to set up state governments. Otherwise present trade is not working and Canada should be tariffed. Greenland could be something similar. The US should also offer to buy Australia and make it two or three states. The US Mexico border should be slammed shut.
