My Life Fitness varies the workout ie sometimes uphill and sometimes
level etc.

I randomly picked this looking for a short session as the LIVE workouts have ceased. It appears to have Dan and Si looking more like 6th formers, has 7 years at GCN really taken such a toll? I enjoyed the whole retro feel though and it was an excellent session. Thanks for keeping the older stuff on demand.

ОтветитьAfter watching many other GCN training videos, I suggest, first of all, this video could use an on screen countdown timer. In addition, the leader is inconsistent with verbally describing and announcing in advance what the next phase consists of, time to go before it starts or ends. There are other GCN 20 minute workout videos which i find far better. Of course, through repeated watching, one will become familiar with this video to the point where one will know what to expect. Finally, the voice is unseen, off screen, not the actual ride leader as is otherwise the case for the vast majority of training videos.
