expedition 33 is indeed a masterpiece but if you recommend it to him it might not be suitable because almost all the content he makes is reacting to anime so he might focus more on that content than AAA games

I stopped playing HSR just after Penacony, does anyone know if it picked back up after that? While Penacony had some great highs and an interesting environment most of everything else was pretty boring for me.

So I'm not the only one who thinks that Belobog is so well written. After playing Penacony and then replaying Belobog on a second acc, belobog writing is so consistent and well paced that I still think it's the best story so far in HSR.(Haven't played the 2 recent amphoreus quests so I don't know if it is well written or not)

Belobog is amazing but let's face it, the only memorable thing there is the boss fight which Amphoreus already tops it while having greater story overall (and it's still in the middle part). HSR overall doesn't have the best story execution but story quality wise, Penacony and Amphoreus beats Belobog in an instant

now people keep glazing Belobog in comparison to other stories cuz it's short. this reminds me of how most people love braindead shounen with flashy fights with low level story (like Solo Leveling) but dislikes series that has way better story but requires more attention
