GDP on the BEA

Can you provide an explanation to how the BEA is computing annualized QoQ growth. In Q2 of 2012, using the numbers in your video, I'm calculating a .299% growth or a 1.2% annualized growth, however per the news reports, Q2 2012 GDP grew by 1.5%. I have been looking at this over the past 15 years and I can't get the percentages the BEA is reporting to match the numbers they are reporting in their data. Thanks!
