I am switching to Verizon.. as T mobile has decide to issue an update to all Galaxy S20+ devices featuring a pink bright vertical line across the screen forcing customers to upgrade. as I spoke to a rep in a Tmobile store
I was trying to have an upgrade withthe discount of my old phone. the agent did alredy knew what to say after he saw the pink line. this line appeared fter the latest Tmobile Update. this is a sistematic update to force customers.. a BBB Complaint is in the way

Paying attention to the labels on the back of the gateway must be to difficult.

Yesterday we spent 5 hours trying to connect internet device Gateway model no matter how much help was requested still no one could figure out problems so conclusion your customer service is no good very poor etc l am dissatisfied 100% engage why???thank you
