My celery recovered from a hardcore harvest from last month because I was juicing them daily, so now it has been about three weeks they are doing well. I continue to do celery juice, not daily, as last month tho. I am trying my best.
After a heavy harvest, I fertilize them with all-purpose fertilizer from @IV_organics and chicken manure for a high nitrogen source.

I am going to continue growing some celery in spring as well. Cheer for more celery juice to come!
