First Person cinematic camera Test_02

This is the second test of my Quality of Life mod I've been working on, specifically for my alternative first person player camera. I'm still working on it, but I'm getting closer.

P.S. the Screen tearing at the top of the screen is not visible in game. This was due to a bug with OBS, my recording software.
