Hi Elle, I love this video!! Beautiful look!! Two things though, I wish the products used were linked in the description box! And also, can I do this application with less skin “moving”? Like the stippling technique ? I have mature eyelids and if I try your way, I’ll come out “older” every time😔

I love your easy, "no nonsense" approach to makeup and keeping OLDER ladies in mind. Not 15 steps, just practical, simple application steps for the busy woman. I am a fan. I want to try cream eyeshadows now! They are limited , very few brands carry them which blows my mind. There is a whole product line that all the "majors" are missing. I found an "off brand" on Amazon i want to try just cuz i can get a whole bunch of little pots that ae highly pigmented for 9.99. I can't go wrong. Thanks, Elle!

I have textured lids so bad it’s the only place I have texture really but maybe I’m thinking of “texture” as something else... mine are little bumps and they seem to show up more with cream shadows

Would you mind sharing your video on how to make your powder eyeshadows into cream eyeshadows? I ordered some stick cream shadows from Sephora today...Moon as a base (my skin color and yours are about the same and Kaki because my eyes are hazel/green. I also ordered black to use as an eyeliner...hopefully I can make them all work for me. Thanks....JK

What do you use to remove cream eye shadow? Once they set, they last all day. I don't want to scrub to remove, especially dark shades. Suggestions?

I think I use some tone & formulation of both black & light/cream/white every time I use eyeshadow. It's almost like lipliner is for lipstick for me. It allows me to soften the eyeliner, yet add depth & blend. Perfect!

HELP! I just bought the Charlotte Tilbury cream shadow and I can't keep it from creasing. Yesterday I tried with Milani shadow printer and a bit of setting powder before application. Today I tried mixing Milani primer and Urban Decay primer - then a bit of another cream shadow (that tends to be drying) before Charlotte Tilbury. It's still a creasy mess on my lids. What should I try? I've tried TONS of eye primers in the past and finally found a fit with Urban Decay, however over the last few years it doesn't seem to work as well which is why I incorporated Milani. Neither are 100% for me. I want to love the Charlotte T cream shadow!

I have some questions about cream shadows that I'm hoping some of you can answer. 1st, should you prep your lids with primer like you would do with regular powder shadows? 2nd, if you should prime your lids do you still set with powder before using the cream shadow? May seem like dumb questions but I don't have a ton of time to just play with makeup and typically I'm getting ready for work when trying new things so don't wanna ruin my whole look with 1 misstep 😂

Well you can do that cause your eyes are hazel/brown it's not so easy if you're really fair it'd make me look like I ran into a wall and got 2 black eyes lol

I'm 24 and very low maintenance. Something I've always, always, ALWAYS admired about older women was how they did their eyeshadows. It looked so simple yet so elegant, however, I could never figure out how to recreate the look nor could I find any video tutorials...
