Lunar is better. More frequent updates, and much more features!
ОтветитьHonestly, I needed this. After using my iPad Pro for so long, my MacBook screen always looks like it's not bright enough at this point. But this app fixed it.
Ответитьyep just bought it, thank you!
Ответитьwhy's it so expensive nowwwwww WTF
ОтветитьThis app is a game changer for me. Since I bought 14" I was never sure if it is the right machine for me especially since Air m2 came out. But this full glory 1000 nits hack is a "no going back" thing. I can't even see the screen at 500 any more. Thanx Max you made my life better!!!
ОтветитьCan anyone advise the highest version of MacOS this is confirmed to work with? I have it working on version 12.3 but I'm afraid to update to 12.4 just in case 12.4 prevents this app from working.
ОтветитьVery detail
Love it
Love your videos good luck for your future 😉
Ответитьyour videos are the best!
ОтветитьI just felt compelled to tell you that I appreciate your hard work in these videos you’re making. You’re doing an excellent job! I thought a pat on the back would be a good thing to hear. All the best :-)
ОтветитьAwesome FIND!!! Thanks for sharing! Love love love! Using it in very bright areas on campus.
ОтветитьHi is purchasing vivid a one time payment?
ОтветитьAwesome. Too bad this doesn't work for the studio display.
Ответитьwhy so much for an app?
ОтветитьWhy not just use the setting in Display preferences?
Ответитьthank you from Ukraine, man!
ОтветитьI thought I was going crazy. That's pretty useless to limit the performance of the display. Especially as a photographer/videographer. Glad I found this video. Thank you.
ОтветитьChange the title is not MOD if you have to pay for it
Ответитьthe moment your head is glowing :D
ОтветитьI am getting the 14" M2 Pro MacBook Pro when it comes out.
Ответитьi cant believe i have to pay to increase the brightness of a macbook 😐
ОтветитьCan this damage the display?
ОтветитьDoes this app work with all macs?
ОтветитьThanks man! I have a 2015 pro retina display, after the screen broke and replaced (original new screen) full brightness is quite low, like 70%. Can VIVID help me?
ОтветитьBetterdisplay does the same thing and half the price
ОтветитьAfter downloading this program, I thought my new M2 Pro 14" MacBook Pro had a dead pixel in the bottom left corner. The dead pixel only appears when Vivid is activated. But then when I connected my MacBook Pro to my OLED via HDMI that same dead pixel appeared on my OLED. But it disappears when I quit the Vivid program. Seems to be a software bug with the program that places the white dot. I don't actually have a dead pixel. Nearly set up a warranty replacement for nothing. UPDATE: the developer said the white pixel is intentional to trigger the brightness boost. Not ideal though nor is this mentioned on Vivid’s website or in this video. Buyer beware.
ОтветитьI get a much brighter display (1600 nits?) using BetterDisplay.
ОтветитьVIVID ITS TOP!
Ответитьthis is what i needed
ОтветитьYes, I bought the full version of the app. I love it but as I said in my previous comments, it's time for everyone to start complaining about shit like this. It just drives me nuts to think that we still have the same 500 nits that we had for so many years. Absolutely insane!
Ответитьbought vivid, it's 5 eur right now instead of 20, and it works as advertised, it's great
Ответитьthanks so mach i get this app! thiss its best what i buy in 2023! mac pro 14!
ОтветитьHow to turn off that app? I have splitscreen because of trial and I want to turn off everything to go back to normal. When I start app I only see activate license. There is no option to do anything.
ОтветитьWow! Def trying this on my new M2 Max 16”
Thx for the info Max!!
The park is for you and your kids to bond
ОтветитьThis is awesome. I had bought another app from this developer and he just emailed me about this one. The brightness levels are off the charts. Who knew? Wow.
ОтветитьCan it help change brightness in locked color presets? I have severe eye strain from PWM flickering and only thing that would help is switching profile to sRGB from P3. But now apple seem to have disabled that
ОтветитьTHANKS SO MACH THIS VIDEO-
ОтветитьLUNAR is much better pro verison is 14 day free
ОтветитьApparently M1 and M2 MacBooks have the same hardware as the new, brighter M3 MacBooks, and Vivid unlocks this hardware.
Ответитьwill this damage our displays tho?
Ответитьripoff
ОтветитьI was about to consider getting the M3 max for the increased brightness because when I'm outside my M2 16" it's literally unusable. But know with this app I won't be needing it.
ОтветитьIt’s annoying that apple designed the displays to sustain 1k nits of brightness but doesn’t let us go above 600 nits on the m3 MacBooks.
ОтветитьCOUTION, do not buy this software , it's a scam does not work and completely screwed up my drivers on my MacBook
This guys should be in jail for selling this software and so expensive !!!!!
hello,I'm just curious.u look as half asian and half European race.
sorry for this questio-can u answer?
Are you sure you will not ruin the display of you use it?
Ответитьthanks for this, ist very helpful ! its posible to unlock the brigthness of my thunderbolt 27 display ?
