yep that's why i only ever spin with a regular sized sword if its sidestep for a setup to a lunge.
really that's the only time i've found it actually works, but its like your not using the spin as an attack but as a dodge and setup for a whole other move.
What if you parry him hard ..and whilst he is recovering from the parry you small spin attack him
ОтветитьThe old scrolls speak of a technique that allows one to "shake it up baby" the move was described as a twist and a shout. By doing so one could claim another.
ОтветитьI have an idea. How about spinning attack with dual wield
ОтветитьCheck the mongols from ghost of Tsushima cuz they spin. Is it viable
Ответить"It's treason then..."
Ответить1 sonic reference? No, now I want them to rank the swords from Sonic and the black knight.
ОтветитьHow fast Tanjiro must have been
ОтветитьLink speed
Ответитьsolution:
Domain expansion: helicopter
wait can't you do a spin after a parry if they're off balance to attack their open side?? I see a couple of guys do it when I go to my sword training and when I go to do larpping at my local park.
ОтветитьGotta go fast!
Ответить....you must learn how set it up first...
ОтветитьOkay, but does it work with reverse grip? 🤨🤨🤨🤨
ОтветитьSpindash
Ответитьyou're doing it close ranged tho, spinning attack ARE meant to be an suprise element from mid range closing up the distance.
the reason behind the spin (as far as i know) ins't to fashion or bullshit, is to confuse the enemy while getting closer so you can hit him
Two swords
One reverse grip one normal grip stretch arms out into T-pose then spin as fast as possible
Unstoppable force unless opponent ducks
demo man be like
ОтветитьWhat about spinning with a warhammer?
ОтветитьI mean, now that they did that. Have they seen Sonic and the black knight? He done that same spinning move in game😂😂
ОтветитьNot very fast just be more durable
ОтветитьNo no no, its more the length of the sword than the speed that matters
ОтветитьZorro
From movies pls
LMAO
ОтветитьLol I have done a spinning attack and none of them look that 😂
ОтветитьSpinning attacks should only be attempted when the opponent is distracted/off guard and only when you have the correct momentum otherwise your spine will hate you
Ответитьi dont know why but i thought you meant like prop and shredder from devil may cry
ОтветитьThe editor is having too much fun lmao
ОтветитьDoes dual weilding help?
ОтветитьI have used, what you would define as a spinning attck in LARP combat vs a spear. I was dual weilding low thrust to shin from spear, parry from left hand, twist ,step though, continue pary from right hand, complete pass back to side of the guy with a spear, complete spin and hit him multiple times in the back, this was a small running skirmish in woods which had broken down to bitty small fights. So worst case for the spear. But I believe you would refer to it as a spinning attack
ОтветитьOk... clearly it's not going to work when the person is ready to hit you on approach. But.. if youre in the middle of sparring, when they're not expecting it, it can work. Mma does spinning back fists work with actual fighting matches. So... try it with sparring when the other doesn't even know youre planning on doing it. Whoever of you two reads this first, don't tell the other and just suggest a sparring match that's filmed and then after the actual test, tell him.
ОтветитьDid Ninjago lie to Us?
ОтветитьThat fast...
ОтветитьYou spinning like a drunk skunk!! That's why it didn't work!!
ОтветитьFast enough that you turn into a helicopter, and can drop napalm on your enemies.
ОтветитьNot saying it would work but I have a question. Why is a spinning backhand so effective in mma but wouldn't be here?
ОтветитьI always thought you had to hold the sword in reverse grip for a spin attack to work properly! ;-)
ОтветитьIts a normal slash into a spin slash preferably you wind it up with a faint, block, jedi mind trick
ОтветитьGuard the back while spinning? Maybe almost like you're doing a ribbon dance?
ОтветитьIt would work with a tonfa grip trust me
Ответитьexplains sonic and the black knight
ОтветитьThe only way I can see a spending attack work is if you are out of range. But even then they can still get you by lunching. And even then if you're out of range, what's the point in doing a spin when you can just take a step forward. It's faster and just works soooo much better.
ОтветитьYo I though it was sword spinning not full body slam try with a hammer that's 3ft wide with a radius of 1.5 ft and put it on a 5 ft long stick then try to spin
ОтветитьOkay hold on. I haven't seen this channel is months. But earlier today, at work, as we do, the coworkers and I were sharing how bad we had to use the bathroom after the crazy weekend meals we had. I mentioned that "my sh!t ran through me like Sonic on Green Hill Zone 1." And now I get this clip served to me. I say my phone listened.
ОтветитьI thought the spin attack thing works only when your overwhelming your opponent not as a starting attack XD
ОтветитьWe need a full length video on the practicality of spindashing in a sword fight
ОтветитьSo in fictional universe where your protagonist uses some type of psuedo magical enhancement to make spinning technics actually effective against enemies is probable...
Ответитьmaybe dont go in range of attack before spinning next time
ОтветитьThat’s not a spin, THIS is a spin!
